Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, upon completion of all course material you receive your certificate:
Graduate of the Global Program of “Global Protocol, Etiquette & Civility (PEC) Academy”

 

 

Will I be able to state that I have been trained at the Global P.E.C. Academy

Yes, everyone completing all required material and receiving their Certificate may list or state: “Trained by Global Protocol, Etiquette, & Civility (P.E.C.) Academy."

 

 

Do I need to take the Global Protocol, Etiquette, Civility Academy five (5) day course in order to complete my CPECP certification?

Yes, to uphold the standard of the CPECP Certification, Global PEC Academy requires all candidates to attend the five (5) day course.

 

 

What is required to receive my CPECP certification?

To receive your CPECP Certification the following steps must be completed:

 

  • Successful completion of Global PECs five (5) Day Course
  • Three-year’s experience
  • Pre-Course & Pre-Reading material
  • Testing during program
  • CPECP Application Request
  • CPECP Application
  • A Portfolio and Presentation
  • References
  • Three-year’s experience
  • Review by a Certification Board.
  • CPECP Certification will be explained in detail during the course.

 

 

Is there a cost for CPECP certification?

Yes, this is an addition cost when applying for the Certification and cost is NOT included with your registration.

 

 

How long do I have to complete my CPECP certification?

Up to two years after your Application Request is approved.

 

 

If I complete the CPECP Certification what will I be able to state?

When you complete Global PEC Academy certification process you may use the designation. – Certified Global Protocol, Etiquette & Civility Professional(CPECP).


Will I need to renew my CPECP certification?

Yes, every five years you will be required to renew your application as a CPECP.This is usually accomplished with training that provides CEUs and involvement in the industry.


What is Global PECs refund policy for the course?
  • Cancellation before 45 days – 100% refund
    Global PEC Academy must receive written notice of intent in writing.

  • Cancellation between forty-five and 30 days – 50% refund
    Global PEC Academy must receive written notice of intent in writing.

  • Cancellation after 30 day – 25%
    Global PEC Academy must receive written notice of intent in writing.

  • No refunds will be made for no-shows,
    Global PEC Academy must receive written notice of intent in writing.

  • Fee paid may be transferred to another person.
    Global PEC Academy must receive written notice of intent in writing.
