Buzz Kolbe

Buzz Kolbe
Advisor of Global PEC Academy

 

Buzz Kolbe is President and Chief Leadership Development Coach of LeadingWIN, LLC; a firm dedicated to relevant and accelerated leadership development. His primary focus is coaching clients to establish a strong personal foundation and leadership presence to enhance their personal growth, confidence and career development. Buzz is also a speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator.

Buzz’s business experience began over 30 years ago “working in the corporate mailroom” leading the path to executive positions with growth oriented global companies. In 1999, Buzz launched Kolbe & Associates; a firm dedicated to excellence in business and personal coaching. In 2009 Buzz responded to the growing needs of his clients and developed his new company, LeadingWIN, LLC to include more resources and solutions to coaching.

Buzz is an expert in assessment tools, experiential team development and strategic planning facilitation. He also serves as a faculty member for the Center for Nonprofit Management~ SMU, Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program and is a past president of the International Coach Federation-North Texas (ICF-NT)

Buzz enjoys many outdoor activities including cycling, mountain climbing and road trips in his Jeep. Buzz is an active member of Christ Church Plano and traveled to Haiti and Peru on mission outreach trips.

Sandi Galloway

Sandi Galloway
Advisor of Global PEC Academy

 

Sandi Galloway spent the first half of her career in the airline industry, working for Air Canada, Braniff International, Pan Am and British Airways. While at Braniff International in Miami, she met her late husband Perry, who worked as a flight instructor and who also taught emergency training for Braniff’s flight attendants. The class was a success! After completing her flight attendant emergency training she moved to Dallas to marry Perry and continue her airline career. Airline safety was a passion for both of them. When Perry’s career moved him to Boeing as Deputy General Flight Training, Sandi continued to help in the development of some his travel safety training programs.

 

In 1992 she joined the Canadian Tourism Commission as Director of Southwest, Meetings Conventions & Incentive Travel. In her career, she has had theprivilege of traveling to and working in many areas of the world. She has been able to experience the diversity of different cultures around the globe.

 

Sandi attended Florida International University in Miami, majoring in Hospitality Management. She earned her Certified Protocol, Etiquette & Civility Professional (CPECP) designation at the Global Protocol, Etiquette & Civility Academy in Dallas, Texas.

 

She is a member of Meeting Professionals International and SITE International (formerly Society of Incentive Travel Executives). She is on the advisory board for the Canadian American Chamber of Commerce and the Global Protocol, Etiquette & Civility Academy.
Sandi lives in the DFW area with three Jack Russell Terriers who run her life.
